Health costs!

How much am I willing to pay for a piece of meat from a healthy animal? Actually, as you can see, quite a bit. 11,46 Euro for one steak isn't cheap. This nice looking steak is from the great butcher Gottschlich in Berlin. Pasture fed I think, well actually I'm not 100% sure. I'll ask at my next visit.
