A good piece of advice by a coffee roaster in Berlin on how to get a better tasting cup of coffee was, "get yourself a grinder". So after a bit of research I bought the Hario hand-grinder, mainly because people praise the ceramic blades and its ability to output an even grind.
I normally use the settings 6 and 12. 6 for my stovetop mocha machine and 12 for my Chemex and Aeropress. But don't take my word for it, tinker yourself with different grind settings for the best extraction. CLICK ON IMAGE FOR MORE PHOTOS
