I'm trying out an espresso roast Yirgacheffe from Bonanza Coffee Roasters in Berlin on my mums French press. I'm using 18 grams of medium coarse of coffee on roughly 400 ml of tab water and 3 minutes brew time. I'm drinking the coffee straight without cream or milk. I like the strong firm taste of this darker roast together with my coconut cacao energy balls.
