Aeropress'ing some nice Kenya Nyawira coffee from THE BARN coffee roasters in Berlin. I'm trying to detect (or perhaps imagine) the flavours mentioned on the packaging. "Raspberry and peach. Lively acidity balanced off by lots of sweetness. Juicy. Sparkling." Whats the best brewing and drinking temperature? Whats the ideal cup or glass for drinking coffee? Should I get a life?
