I'm doing another batch of EnergyRocks. This time changing the recipe slightly, using less coconut oil to see if the EnergyRocks are easier to store and handle at the current hotter summer temperatures. I'm chopping all the figs and nuts with my new Fiskas kitchen knife.
How does the shape influence taste? I'm using a round stainless cut out form to create the tube like shape. I'm still not certain if I prefer the rock shape or the clean round tube shape. Anyway, they taste just great in any shape. I'll better get on with work.
